Too much discrimination between payroll and FTC employees. FTC don't get equal benifit like promotion etc, though a lot many people in FTC as package owners with no benifit and future

Skill development and manage man power control good tooling with program knowledge and good salary package and bus ,food facilities is very very good good culture to handle man power

The only thing good about working at TJPS is that the salary is credited promptly from time to time.

Zero job security, no career growth & hopeless work environment. The organisation is the most senile & spineless in the sector.

Company is not poor.... Good learning opportunity, and good environment also salary and appraisal not poor. But job not secure, if another projects not in hand, company will pull out you... who you are that not see...

Competition is decent, but growth is slow... The wotk pressure is heavy
