1. When I joined Torus Digital at that time company culture was like heaven on earth. Later on as the time passes, delivery started getting impacted and this heaven started converting into worst environment. 2. Management was very supportive 3. At that time having flexible time now strict timings 4. Friendly culture and supportive team members

Dislikes

1. No salary hike at all 2. Company changing its payroll every year and as we were on that payroll hence our resume seems like we are changing company after every year which is not good as initially we were promise to be taken on Torus Payroll 3. Worst Mediclaim policy 4. HR having no clue what is going on in organization neither they are supportive.

There nothing to like about Torus Digital other than the Bus facility

Dislikes

Everything Office politics, no job security, every quarter they laid off employees, only the bootlicker can sustain there or the person have good relation with CEO or CTO, hard working employees get more work to do & the bootlicker without any proper experience or proper education get chance to lead the team
