I had the unfortunate experience of working with TZMO, and i strongly advise anyone considering joining this company to think twice. My time there ended abruptly and unprofessionally, as i was asked to resign without being given the courtesy of a notice period. This type of behaviour is not only disrespectful but completely disregards labour practices and employee rights. I had given my best to the company, only to be blindsided with an unreasonable demand to leave immediately, without any chance to properly transition or finish my work. The management team showed little regard for the impact this would have on my professional reputation or personal well-being. This experience has left me feeling undervalued and disrespected, and I would never recommend working here to anyone who values job security, professionalism , or mutual respect. A company's true colours show when things aren't going perfectly and unfortunately , this company proved to be a disappointment. Avoid at all costs if you're looking for fair and ethical treatment.

They don't understand the market situation. No support for offtake,No advertisement for movement neither special schemes or margins to compete in the market. System of Channel distribution should improve. Poor allowance system. Must understand the market for sustainability.
