...ement. 2. There is lots of cost cutting in the company; still GETs are hired. 3. Employee below manager level had very less salary and they were complaining about it; no action has been taken from our side. 4. Appraisal of employees are not been written by reporting manager. 5. On festival they told us to not take any gift from contractor but they are giving gift to govt employees. 6. There is no policies for hiring and firing of employees. 7. Senior tell to visit junior employee home for help but if any issue occur then they hide behind the curtain. 8. Told the management to sold out Azamgarh GA to other companies.

1) Lowest salary among all City Gas companies without any yearly bonus 2) Management does not like any feedback for improvement, Executive Director HR always threatens employee with sacking in case they request for any benefit. AGM and Manager level employees were sacked in UP by him without giving any notice. 3) Seniors are very much frustrtated and demoralised as all decisions are made in Ahmedabad office. 4) Every employee wants to leave after a few months but unable due to no poaching agreement with all good city gas companies.

Nothing to like about in this company except that you get your salary on last working day 1. Job security: There is no job security,many of employees got fired due to ego clashes with seniors. 2.Intigrity: Management asks his employees to follow his integrity policy,even they will fire you whenever you will take any gifts from contractor,but they themselves not follow the same,They distribute gifts in govt offices. 3.Timings: There is strict timing to come office but you will have to work after 6:30 in the evening. 4. GA heads will torcher you by taking interviews without any reason,they just showing off that you know nothing.Actually GA heads have strong ego issues. 5.Even they fire GET's . Overall ,Torrent gas is good place to work but the real problem exists on GA level. I will suggest management to take care of his employees from some egoistic GA heads.

1. Salary is very poor for executive who do lot of work at site. And high for senior who only sit in the office AC & tell juniors to do their work also. 2. Senior come to the office & punch the card then go home to take rest then return in evening. 3. Office vehicle used by employee for personal work and do shopping. 4. Money coming for official use can be used by employee to buy personal thing. 5. Gift like sofa set taken from dealer by senior employee. 6. Less knowledge senior employee blame junior for wrong work & take credit for good work. 7. Promotion given to not deserving employee who is close to ED sir & HR in Ahmedabad. 8. Senior employee transfer information of our GA to other GA (especially to ED sir) and blame juniors for it. 9. 10% cut is taken by senior employee from vendor for every bill. 10. Money taken by employee who go for liasioning work with govt authority

They first dont give hike and then deduct canteen and bonus from your net take home. - Seniors look for reasons to fire you and HRs do it happily. - People especially seniors make sure that how you leave the company. - Abusive seniors and faltu management who want to fill up their pockets only. - No employee engagement. - Dont even provide leaves and gifts on festivals. - Seniors dont to anything wholeday and they expect their subordinates to sit after 7 PM just to see that how they smooch the legs of their EDs. - MANY ABUSES AND CURSES IN HEAD BUT LASTLY, I WOULD JUST SAY, REMAINING UNEMPLOYED IS BETTER RATHER THAN JOINING THIS COMPANY.
