...absolutely no second thought before repeating the same step over and over again. On top of that, to keep their rating on websites like Ambitionbox and Glassdoor from going down, they pay these websites to remove the most negative reviews. Absolutely no ethics, no morals, and no vision.

Don't be part of this company. No matter any high salary they are offering. They won't think twice while firing you. Even the senior manager gets fired because of cost cutting. Absolutely no job security. Their every manager has nature of favouritism. Director has a lot of attitude with low patience. And have poor talking sense. Ops. Manager Mahesh P. have whole lot of anger issues with poor professionalism. He is in very aggressive and egoist person. He is rude and raises voice on employees on office floor. He initiated the favouritism. Seriously just don't go for this organisation.

Torq is really good company in terms of work, the stakeholders let you explore the business side of the organization as well, if you are looking for making your base strong in career, this place is best in that.
