Nothing to like about this company. Only good thing is Dehradun location.

Please read these points carefully. The head HR and manager of this company threatened me not to write this review otherwise there will be dire consequences for me. But for the sake of humanity I am writing this review. All 5 star reviews are fake and done by 1. No proper management. 2. Lack of proper leadership. 3. Internal politics. 4. 12 Hours long shift. 5. Harrasment and bullying by seniors. 6. No appraisals for good work. But scoldings by seniors on minor flaws done by employee.

Worst Company. They do internal politics in their company. They hire freshers but they don't train them. Their is no proper procedure/environment of work here. Localites of Dehradun have monopoly in this company. They don't care about people outside from Dehradun. They treat outsider people (people of other states) like labour. No proper shifts here. 2 days we have to work in morning then other two days we have to work in night. No professionalism at all. I wanna urge people from Delhi, UP, Haryana, etc that don't join this company. They only treat localites from Uttarakhand as their team members. You will not learn anything here. You will just waste your time. They just torture the people from outside the state of Uttarakhand. Thank You.

Due to unprofessional environment Unclear work information from upper management And no job security It’s not touching it’s potential Everyone on top assumes work instructions in there mind and expect subordinates to become mind reader and execute work So if you are good mind reader you will be exceptional Upper management please spend some time to make people understand what you want exactly it can save a lot of your energy and time and subordinates also. You have competent people only lacking is clear instructions. Please correct it . I love this organisation that’s why I feel for it.

very unprofessional behave and hire n fire culture. This company fired 4 members out of 10 and give a very illogical reasons. when I joined I talked to old members and they told me that 6 members fired by the company. when company get project they hire nd after that they fire.

very unprofessional and 7 days working here. and also we get cal any time if you are not in the office. in lockdown, they are treating like a slave to his employee.

Everything. Long working hours. Just work like a slave. No project management. Higher authorities doesn't have any clue about the project. No professionalism. Just started the company god knows why..
