The CEO is a very good person and very down-to-earth.

Dislikes

Too many politics within the company. Most of the employees don't even know how to write a mail. If you are trying to improve the process then you are the biggest fool ever for the company. Current HR is the worst I have ever seen in any company.

There is nothing to say good about kloudq.

Dislikes

Kloudq has very harsh and terrible culture. The seniors won't make aware about entire product. They feel very insecure. In fact if you are on third party resource and deployed to kloudq then the seniors or the TL might ask briebe for your confirmation,if you won't pay then they rate very poor and terminate you. Though they Saturday and Sundays are non working but the unskilled managers would ask to give extra hours from your precious life to achieve corporate goles and it completely helps to managers for their personal growth.
