- There is no Job security, Job security is the most disappointed point in TOPSOE. - If any issue reported to HR, more preference given to whom who reported the issue whether she/he is only the main culprit. - No autonomous system in HR - No Job security for new hires. - No control of HR and Higher management. - If you are good in politics join it. It will be the heaven for you. - Very Unmature manager with unmature management skill in IT Service Desk. - Micro management and small level monitoring on employee level is the top level preference in IT service desk Support department. - High level Politics and multi face talk view of management and old employee.

Good working enviroment and teammates very supportive and managemeng is transparent. Companies policies are good as compare to other appraisals are average and good bonus every year

Dislikes

Salary is decent but carrer growth is very slow.

Challenging assignments, good learning opportunities, wonderful global exposure. All the above qualities are not valued by the company itself, so paid below par.

I worked in instrumentation department earlier things are good when HOD is handling but new manager is not good he is having no plans for team members assign anything to anyone who are close he promotes them even they are not technically sound. Even at maker level peoples are less and senior guys dont want to do maker activities no support at different levels. Now lots of politics is there as everyone wants to make points and those who are working are loaded with works . It's more like work is being done on time but by few people's. As of now you can join EPC or topsoe is same thing if you are planning to join Instrumentation department. Foor rest department I beleive that is not the case

Good company for people with experience in Topsoe technology. Good culture. Great people around us to work with. Opertunities to travel all over the globe for client location. Opertunities to work with new technologies developed.

Dislikes

Not very good for freshers. Career will be narrowed to certain domains of chemical engineering.
