I like the employee promotion and re-hire policy here

Compensation was not much better, but growth was good.....The work pressure was very high sometimes, I had to work 14-16 hours in a day as I had to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

My 14years working gratuity amount not paying still now, and no night allowance pay, no weekly off and no OT amount pay,and this company police was very poor, and my yearly deposit leave amount not paying.

They don't give u ur own salary. U have to wait for 6 months and need to beg for one month salary. Never ever join the company. They only know how to make fool of employees.

This company is Bogus.I worked for 6 months and they never paid salary so i left the group.Still fighting for my dues.I am not the only one .If you can take serve with ex-empl. of TOPS GRUP you will find the similer reply.

...assential service . good work environment and culture.company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.career growth is slow.
