The best thing I liked about this company was the supportive nature of everyone. From our manager to my colleagues, every person was incredibly encouraging. I also learned a great deal here - not just about script writing, but also about production of ads & other marketing traits. My colleagues never made me feel like a newcomer, instead they treated me like their own family. Overall, everthing here is wonderful.

Dislikes

while everything felt amazing at the company, there were few things that stood out as challenges - though in a good way! for example - the supportive nature of everyone sometimes pushed me to step out of my comfort zone because I didn't want to let such an incredible team down. Also, with so much learn about scriptwriting, marketing tools and more, it could feel overwhelming at times - but it was the kind of overwhelm that kept me motivated to grow. Lastly, being treated like family by my colleagues made me feel so included that I occasionally had to remind myself to focus on work instead of just enjoying their company.

I have been working at Toppersnotes for thepast year, and It's been a fantastic experience. The company which operates in the education industry, has a positive work culture that fosters teamwork and innovations. Also I would like to give a special thanks to the HR team & My manager to allot me a great opportunity. Employee are valued and rewarded through excellent appraisals and opportunity for growth. Despite being relatively new, Toppersnotes is growing rapidly, making it an exciting place to work and be part of a company that's making a real impact in education.

When you rise to a level they try to replace you with a fresher candidate can be said a factory which nurture candidates but don't know how to retain them.

Nothing. Highly unprofessional people creating a pathetic work environment.

Everything. Theres no work culture and professional ethics. It looks like more of a unorganized labour market like a thekedar and mazdoor kind of relationship between workers and managers.

The Founder of the company respected Mr. Ayush Agarwal Sir is a man of motivation, workaholic, knowledgeable and very friendly. He treats every employee of the company despite of their designations with utmost respect and care. He gets strict sometimes but that too when you do something wrong else he is a very calm person. He has made ToppersNotes his life and putting everything he has to make it big. In the company I like working with him only and no one else. Your every minute with him won't be a waste of time. He is a very chill person.
