New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Work pressure, no yearly salary hike, even if you engineer you have to work like workers (moved material by hand, on our own bike), abusive language used by Management to show you downgrade, In time fix but no fix out time, worked for more than 8-9 hrs, no proper toilets, washrooms, when you gave resignation then management not released as per notice period, they try to hook you in problems, no experience letter given,

No salary growth,no professional growth. If u stay silent they will never give u increments. There is no management to listen ur problems. They won't provide u tools and accessories and still demand ur work done on time.
