No Training Given on how to deal with Bigger clients, no training on lead generation, Only if you are experienced with dealing especially Bigger giants in the market then only Join this agency. They want people with networking with agencies and giants. Not for people with mid cap clients database.

Poor team management. Politics internally. Top management doesn’t care about the employees well being they just mean business. No empathy given to employees, not even treated like humans. Recently Tonic has been given a ‘Great Place to work at’ certification. Clearly it’s bought since 20 people have resigned since then.
