Job security is the biggest reason especially if you're working with Multicultural team, Lay offs occurs every year. There are a few projects which are least challenging and you dont get to leverage your skills properly.

...praisal in 2020 and 2023. Not provided any bonus which was around 80K for me. Even if anyone tries to reevaluate salary even when working for more than 4 years, they simply tell we cannot give money even if performance exceeded expectations. If you want to grow in your career, never join Toluna

Really bad politics, They target 1 people at one time and when that person resign being targeted all the time then they find their next target. They mentally harass people. If you can tackle really bad politics then only join toluna otherwise don't go for it
