Tollplus is a company where the management always think about employee growth along with their, and Job security is good, no lay offs even in Covid situation, in spite company recruited many new associates, company policies are like win win situation, like if you work hard and well for organization, management will take care about your remuneration and roles. Overall about Tollplus, its a 10 year old organization, started with very few now the head count is near about 420, as its a product based organization, and still company need to introduce and implement many IT processes and should be like full fledged IT organization. Expecting and have confidence on management, can see much changes in near future. Hope for the best and All the best. :)

Work environment is okay, work-life balance is good, but still need to do many changes, because of unplanned and no proper estimations, team need to work on many weekends to meet the deadlines, travel - as this is a product based org, not all will get onsite opportunity, POLITICS - honestly where POLITICS are not there, its every where from our FAMILY Members To OFFICE Members, we need to adjust and go, we can not skip or avoid them, but try to avoid involving in politics, Innovation - in progress, learning - many things here to learn :) including people mind sets. I want to mention one point here to survive in this world. "People Talk About DHARMA, when they are not capable of handle Politics", I always believe and follow DHRMA most, because I cannot fight or face with POLITICAL PEOPLE. Thanks

I feel good working for this company. The team supports if we got stuck at anywhere in work.

Its bit tough for tollplus in management purpose. Hr gonna react slow for the employee's problem. There is no perfect planning for example, in this covid19 pandamic they can arrange laptops or vpn in advance before kurfew or lockdown so that there is no problem for employee as well as organisation related to work as every mnc is planned in advance for the work from home so if it is planned earlier there is no resource time wastage( not in a negative manner just as an advice). I am bit disappointed about appraisals as it is low as compared software market outside so it also affects growth of career in my entire life. There is also no development in the careee as we are outdated in the data storage like in cloud technologies it also improves individual career as well as organizations growth. Otherwise the one of the best comoany in the world

Most of employees are in the company has C grade knowledge including many at top level. Dysfunctional management, fumble technical strategies and terrible product development plans could lead the company towards bigger failure soon.
