Its a unit of a known Logistics company but has no International outlook. It is being run as family owned business of few people 2-3 at the top. Sad state of affairs

Work Life Balance is nice...Payscale is nice

Dislikes

No Scope for Career Development as it has limited infrastructure. Application team and managementis not properly skilled due to which technical resources have to face lot of pressure situations. Most of teams have very rude, dominating and arrogant staff. Process is not properly defined and not sure how much it will require to properly streamline. Office location is not very it friendly also poor network at office location creates lot of troubles.
