Job security and career growth. Had a good work environment and work life balance. I get to travel abroad once in a year to Singapore or Australia for legal conference.

Working at Toll at IT side, you will get ample of free time to develop your skill sets by learning new languages or certifications. Though none of any external certification will get reimburse at Toll.

...ose not interested in such matters. So be careful before you accept Tolls offer. You might be offerd attractive compensation remember that would be nothing more than a trap.

Nothing, people don’t know their job as they are NOT hired with right skill set. No work ethics, they don’t know what to do. Neither they know nor they let you work and then they blame you for nothing being done to save their seats. With no logic they fire skilled ppl And realise that their unskilled ppl are unable to sustain so they re hire the same skilled person to work. That is how their unskilled ppl are highly paid. Anyways Pune center is 80 percent closed. Hope it does not reopens like above eg and it proves out be an eyewash of whatever happened.

Every thing, they have fired genuine ppl with no reason. They put smart skilled people under PIP of which they don’t even know the process and meaning as per industry standards. Which is why center is shit but still some operations are retained with a mix of skilled and unskilled highly paid ones.

In toll group's I will be a part of inward and outward a FTL vehicle in India . I personally check stock even with invoice and tally with excel. Some times like stock mismatch and also return the stock and finally within deadline we arrange and distributed to customer. Sometimes lot can change for some stocks I will check and tallied by invoice lot stock and balanced stock was send by the 3m india team and with team help I tallied within the balanced lot stock.

I think in puzhal they getting more important like local fellows, If you wanna growth please get some youth and knowledge for HR And Management for company growth.
