When I sailed with all good staff my sailing time is like flying time. I did service in my tenure 100% to my company that’s my satisfaction

In my tenure very few times I got good staff but all time not touch there post level working staff by knowledge & help or guidance level I know everyone not got good staff but that all came on last sailing staff.
