...dle all the things including scrums calls, designs and client meetings aswell. - No extra pay for weekend work - Lot of politics & toxicity in some departments.

Good projects. Good learning paths.

...life balance. Some team leads really don't know what they are supposed to do. You log and get paid for 8 hours and even when allocated to multiple projects, you get the same salary. 12+ hours of work and no extra compensation. infact you'll get some money deducted.

Likes

Job security is really good, even in COVID no lay offs were made. Gifts are sent on occasions like Diwali, Birthday, Women's Day. Seniors are easy to approach and helpful.

Dislikes

Growth can be slow when working on projects lasting for more than 1 year, compensation can be slightly better.

Likes

People are very helpful and supportive. Great opportunities for learning. An ideal place to start a career. Decent yearly increments. Everyone is respected irrespective of designation. i.e. a good working culture.

Dislikes

Not good enough projects. Deadlines given by managers are vague. Compensation is less at fresher level.

I joined during Covid and i was given PWFH and with recent changes people who cant relocate to Noida they are been terminated.

Dislikes

Dry promotion( only band changes but no hike), No yearly bonus, Appraisals are always the least number. Favoritism is always there
