No documented policy at my time.. if you have a discussion regarding your appraisal take that in writing because you might not get salary as per discussed appraisal.Also, you will get letter after a few months of appraisal cycle. Had a really bad experience with the senior manager and HR head, they stooped to the level that I couldn’t imagine. I still have two appraisal letters and the conversation of that entire episode that’s when I decided to move on.They put entire blame on another manager who wasn’t even the part of Appraisal Discussion. Also, the believe in open forum and if you question any of their wrong practices it will backfire you. Well, that was my experience.

Cloud engineering domain is not cloud here it's NOC support , there is lot of dictatorship of devops people every where. No work satisfaction as an experienced you will be doing fresher job here even l2 Engineer is doing nothing productive

...dle all the things including scrums calls, designs and client meetings aswell. - No extra pay for weekend work - Lot of politics & toxicity in some departments.
