To the new is a great place to work. I personally feel the top level management is easily approachable and easy to talk. My team is really supportive however, I feel the appraisal process is slow.

Dislikes

Salary is very decent and there is no appreciation or extra pay for over time or extra working days. One has to give 2 months notice before resignation which is quite long.

I joined during Covid and i was given PWFH and with recent changes people who cant relocate to Noida they are been terminated.

Dislikes

Dry promotion( only band changes but no hike), No yearly bonus, Appraisals are always the least number. Favoritism is always there

No Work Life balance 12+ hours work on daily basis even no time allowed for lunch breaks many a time Very unprofessional bossy senior management Continuous pushed weekend and Holiday working Forced frequent Night Support No room for personal growth Favouritism is promoted and quite visible

Cloud engineering domain is not cloud here it's NOC support , there is lot of dictatorship of devops people every where. No work satisfaction as an experienced you will be doing fresher job here even l2 Engineer is doing nothing productive

...dle all the things including scrums calls, designs and client meetings aswell. - No extra pay for weekend work - Lot of politics & toxicity in some departments.
