Teammates are average. You won't really get that kick to compete with anybody. Work is mundane and a lot. Work environment is lousy, not to blame anybody but they have more people than office resource. Worst part is there is no work life balance. Management will expect you to work like robots even without rebooting time. Also, Management could do away with the Saturdays. Its 2021, not even the government guys work on Saturdays anymore.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. On the job training ise not given properly to new joiness. There are giving lots of work, more pressure. I weekly 4 days, I extended my shift more than 4- 6 hour's. And the people and management very worst. Whatever hours, whatever day, if we extend our shift, we will get within 200rs only. And the employees are group and group doing rumours and gossips something about others personal life.

Good place to start a career, they give chance for freshers to kickstart their career, giving classroom training, low cost food, cab facility.

Dislikes

Weekly rotation shift. Shift will get extend, Less salary and hike, less learning. Advised to switch company after got experience

Work environment it's very comfortable work from home

No encouragement and if you are working very hard you got only 900 increment in CTC and per year Salary is not satisfied because if you buy any product you need to pay atleast 1000

The work from home policy is great.

Dislikes

Nothing much to like. A company that takes employees for granted. Salary is bare minimum. Only Sunday is off. They cut your attendance and salary if assigned task is not completed in the shift hours, which means you get nearly nothing even if you work even beyond your shift hours.
