Excellent work-life balance Good teammates and superiors. Both my TL and manager are super approachable and supportive. Overall management is good but really can improve a lot. Can try improving on employee bonding and relations through incentives and small goodies. That way employees would feel valued and pampered by the company which in turn would improve their organizational commitment and job involvement. A very good place to work for people who do not expect a totally fancy professional life.

Dislikes

Major dislikes are timely promotion and salary. Kindly increase the average pay to keep up employee motivation. No other drawbacks.

Very low salary with high work pressure if you are senior

Everything is good but salary is low while comparing to work, for singles it would be best to survive here, after marriage it's very tough due to salary.... All TL's and managers behave with you as a friendly manner... Nothing disadvantage except salary....

It is a stress free work environment. The career growth is a definite factor. Supportive Teammates and higher officials. Company provides facilities like food, transport at very affordable price. Perfect environment for women.

Nothing much. Pay may be low at first., if you are a fresher. But, if you are really passion towards work, then the company will definitely support you.

TNQ provide food at low cost It’s very useful for employees and they provide cab facility also and there is no pressure on work and flexible shift timing

Salary is very low and appraisal also not far. There is no growth for employees. We just work for 1 or 2 years for experience only after that we have to move to another company there was no growth.

Good to work with freshers. Experience is ok here. No work pressure. Some people guide for our work. Day to day work good.

Dislikes

Experience people didn't understand they product, Because no one give the KT. Don't say you salary your colleagues, after ha ha .. If company going good your safe here. If not going good 1st new admission all are out . They will 3 month notice period. But my suggestion: Who are develop a new technology skills, Please move on another company. Security lot of people their, But no security for the job.
