TNQ provide food at low cost It’s very useful for employees and they provide cab facility also and there is no pressure on work and flexible shift timing

Dislikes

Salary is very low and appraisal also not far. There is no growth for employees. We just work for 1 or 2 years for experience only after that we have to move to another company there was no growth.

Job security is good... I worked there for 2 accounts... Blessed to have nice manager, TLs, and my colleagues in both accounts... My most seniors were helped me to learn more...

Dislikes

We should not say the work is more... But the only thing they are not giving good salary based on the work even for experienced candidates... 6 days of work... Sometimes need to work for Sunday's... OT amount is somewhat okay...

...nd food facilities are also good. Easy to go policies nothing won't be arrogant. Salary will be credited on time. Secured job till you quit on your own.

Dislikes

Career growth and exposure is not that much good. Compensation and benefits are too worse. For temporary job seekers it would be good other wise not recommended. Too much of politics in some teams.

Talk about pros mainly job security and there is two shift for females one is first shift another one is second shift. After that work from home Option available..Here they are using some development tools created by Tnq..so very helpful to do work easily.. management was good..

Coming to cons salary was low and yearly increment also very low...

Transparent management, non-hierarchial approach, constantly evolving work culture (on a positive note), and much more.

Dislikes

Not a great deal of things. The compensation could be better. I haven't seen a substantial hike in two appraisal cycles. Although job satisfaction trumps monetary benefit, we are all here for money.
