Good to work with freshers. Experience is ok here. No work pressure. Some people guide for our work. Day to day work good.

Dislikes

Experience people didn't understand they product, Because no one give the KT. Don't say you salary your colleagues, after ha ha .. If company going good your safe here. If not going good 1st new admission all are out . They will 3 month notice period. But my suggestion: Who are develop a new technology skills, Please move on another company. Security lot of people their, But no security for the job.

Good place to start a career, they give chance for freshers to kickstart their career, giving classroom training, low cost food, cab facility.

Dislikes

Weekly rotation shift. Shift will get extend, Less salary and hike, less learning. Advised to switch company after got experience

Work environment it's very comfortable work from home

No encouragement and if you are working very hard you got only 900 increment in CTC and per year Salary is not satisfied because if you buy any product you need to pay atleast 1000

The work from home policy is great.

Dislikes

Nothing much to like. A company that takes employees for granted. Salary is bare minimum. Only Sunday is off. They cut your attendance and salary if assigned task is not completed in the shift hours, which means you get nearly nothing even if you work even beyond your shift hours.

TNQ provide food at low cost It’s very useful for employees and they provide cab facility also and there is no pressure on work and flexible shift timing

Dislikes

Salary is very low and appraisal also not far. There is no growth for employees. We just work for 1 or 2 years for experience only after that we have to move to another company there was no growth.
