Disgusting hiring experience with Eti Singh she is barely 3 months old in the company and has very limited marketing exposure... I submitted multiple rounds of assignments... but eti singh dis-approves assignments left right and centre as per her moods because she is a frustrated soul who can't digest creativity... first, she gives silly reasons like ideas are not out of the box and then when someone gives amazing ideas, she says it's out of our budget... she is clearly a frustrated soul who is confused... she thinks only she knows and understands marketing rest all are stupid... but the fact is that shes insecure lady who is been given too much weightage to conduct hiring... while she has 0% knowledge of marketing... she cant digest hiring smart candidates with creative ideas because then her own position will be in trouble as i said because she has 0% knowledge of marketing world.. no proper feedback was given by her throughout the hiring process.. only bogus reasons were been given... I had a pathetic hiring experience because of this weirdo.. refrain from joining this bogus company because there are people like ETI Singh..
