Company MD, finance head is good but my manager was not a skilled person.. They blammed me as they told I am an employee of company but I worked as Agent and with commission basis...

My manager, srinivas blammed me that i am employee of this company but atlast we came to know that i am agent and working on commission basis... If any action from ur side it is satisfactory to me... I lost my 2years of experience from my age...
