they have done 2 years agreement how the project got over they said to resign for the intire team (5 member ). Job Security is not there. i was the Top performer every mounth i am at top. They do the fake promises, Total 23*15k amount is pending with them, dont belive on Incentive they wont provide it. They wont have Smooth communication among them. HR Head dont know only what going on in Office. They keep some employees for longer time for advirtisement. Dont Belive on them. one of the worst company i have wested my time here.

I'm so happy to work with them I have learnt so much from my staff and seniors and improved myself clinically well

They don't interact much with Team, They should coordinate with team regularly and work on improvements

Pathetic work environment. The team managers are worse engage in infidelity and show favouritism to the ones who flirts with them , lack professional behaviour . No proper traning is provided they just ask experienced / old employees to guide and they take advantage of the situation and only teach limited details and do not tell you how to register your clients,they take all of your clients and claim as their own to take the payment benefits. Literally couldn't stand the environment and decided to leave . You can only survive if you are thick skinned .

I was relived with no explanation certificate 6 months company offer states no releiving under 2 years. It makes sense with exp certificate. Also. I was not paid for last month of working. 1. Even the HR HEAD DO NOT REVERT ON MAILS 2. For salary on hold it takes 7 months (still counting) to release the last salary.** It's an HR FIRM
