Salary: A person with two or more years of experience receives only 2k.TMF should look into it since employees work for your firm to expand, yet TMF treats them like beggars. Don't declare we'll give them a 10% or 20% raise because they only want a better package. Instead, consider their experience and pay them well.Some managers might not necessarily recommend solely.

Company provides a good compensastion, NOTHING ELSE.

Compensation is decent. There is no job security and company has challenges in understading their resources. Majority of the decisions are made from EMEA region, hence most of the decisions are not alligned with Indian professionals interest. Efforts are unnoticed and appraisals are done on judgemental basis by Manager. GBSH is the worst project to work with as whole leadership ignores the grass root challenges. There is no benefits. There is NO scope to learn or improve skills. It is an Organized KIOS company. In general employee/team is threatned about job cuts

I have worked in Secretarial team at the HO in Mumbai. The below is something I disliked: 1. There are almost all the Gujarati and Jain girls in the team along with HOD and it's Director. It gets very awkward since the culture is one sided for other people (boys and people from another religions) since these one sided culture people will never want to jeel up with you apart from work. 2. As due to this, I could see that there is also favouritism by senior people and the older employees are treated very well. 3. There is some competition for late sittings. Everyday people come early and they want to sit till late - maybe to impress their boses - but that's everyday routine. They will backbite if you are getting away on time from work. 4. Since the clients are global level ones, you have to be very careful. If you are doing few mistakes in work, there is no second chance for you. Your manager won't support you and the reporting boss will threaten you to resign. They won't give you time to settle down and will start comparing you with below designated people. 5. The best suited people would be the ones coming from their culture and speaking their language wipe be the ones who can go long in the company irrespective of their performances. 6. There is hardly any job security in this so called organisation. My recommendation is never join here.

Management is terrible! Despite the fact that you were not given a yearly bonus and appraisal, they always neglected you with excuses such as not having a budget. There is bias within the marketing department and the manager support girls regardless of their performance. This behaviour is unfair and unacceptable. Everyone should be treated equally, regardless of gender.

If you can't l-i-c-k dash dash of your senior or you are not refer by someone knowing person in the organisation so you can not survive there, they will play with you like toy There is no trainer in the organisation and no one can provide you training, I faced this very literally even I asked multiple time from senior to take my review every week but they don't care because they already planned to fire you at the time of review....
