...have to leave your room by 7:30 AM and you will be back to your room by 7:30 PM. 12 long hours with no extra perks, no good salary, no good working culture and no work satisfaction.

TMEIC is good Organization for starting Career or mid term Career growth..Overall business devided into different business Unit(BU) and each BU is responsible for It's business Development and growth..good scope for self learing and continuous improvement..

Salary structure is not upto market standards, No technical trainings, HR policy is bad.

I dont seem to dislike but yeah these companies wont pay you much if you are a fresher or at an entry level job. But still it is the best company ever.

...and managers have 0% technical skills and they are earning more than 12 lpa CTC. We engineers work so hard but our salary is not up to the market and even less than a ITI operator.
