The only good thing is they pay salary on time but apart from this no likes for this terrible institution.

Dislikes

Many dislikes are there such as employee will harrass mentally and physically, in a common WhatsApp group they humiliate, there is no concept of emergency leave and if you take it they will deduct two days salary and many more because there is no end for this.

... they blames that teachers are not doing their job well.. bad management at all. they think if they are paying salary they can use teachers as slave. one more thing, if you have bike or car then there is no parking space as well as shed in school and you have to park your vehicle outside the school and if you park your vehicle anywhere else then your vehicle will be threatened to be punctured. Please do not join this school as they treat teachers as MAJDOOR. Director fights shouts with maid and teachers in front of students. Poor management and they always wants to show power of money only. Don't worry management you're creating your own KARMA. Happy teaching!

... don't leave the job. Calling teachers on Sunday and even on national holidays.June month salary donot paid.One day leave 2 days salary deduct.Principal never sort out teachers problems. Only he just keeping the post with powerless.All the time in school watsapp group teachers always called defaulter and never appreciates .It will be the worst working culture school of the bharatpur city.If anyone who is thinking to come over there please don't come.Your salary and your career will be in danger. School management and peon sit altogether in office to chit chat what a bad culture of school. They never give security amount which they deduct from the teachers salary and ask for three months notice period. That's all

ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. THEIR WITHHOLD ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS AND ONE MONTH SALARY. WHEN GIVING NOTICE PERIOD THEIR NEVER RETURN YOUR SECURITY MONEY. TEACHERS ARE MADE SLAVE. THE SCHOOL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
