No personal skill development, always pressure for work, sometime customer also involved in employees feedback, frequent relocation, equity is a joke here, benefits are not equal for all.

As it is subsidiary of TATA STEEL, I have an experience of 25 years in civil engg but now am working under port operation activity which is new for me that to hard core operation is not my liking. It is true that I have learnt a lot working under this company. But there is no job security or any kind of job satisfaction. Working environment is declining everyday. A lot of negative politics.

Regarding teammates basically they are not in technically sound but they have been working immensely without any goal as well as positive prospective. Training : fresh candidates usually are send for training, but people who have worked in this company for quite a few years, they don't have any opportunities. Job security: frankly speaking there is no such job security in spite of working 25 years in firm. Not any further hope for good working environment. Basically I am not getting any kind of job satisfaction.
