Only for certain assignments, deadlines can be extended. This isn't the case with every assignment.

This is a very employee-centric company. For a long period, I have been working with this company. Throughout this duration, It has finely maintained a work-life balance. It is a fantastic benefit for me. But more than that, it is there in the terms of the company to ensure employee's well-being. Hence, it essentially maintains a good balance between my personal and professional life.

From starting in June 2023 till now, I've covered a long path at Tjori. I remember my performance then and the improvement I've made throughout this time. From good to great, I have enhanced my abilities. The guidance given by the team lead has helped me focus on major and minor details. He is an expert and has made genuine efforts to help me be like him.

The culture in this company is amazing. It has been maintained because of a collaborative team. My coworkers lend me a helping hand whenever I require it. The management is quite communicative. It keeps the team informed about crucial things. Also, it is really transparent. Hence, any unfavorable practices don't take place. I'm delighted to work here.
