Dislikes

Lot of misunderstanding between the staff & management.. Salary increase depends on Director mood where is 1 rate should be decided like 10%.. Yearly Leave chart not prepared. It's depend on mood. Facilities are gradually decreasing. Some employee flatter the management lot.. Director have to focus to develop the busines and not what's going on in the office..
