I WORKED IN TITAN EYE PLUS FRANCISES STORE IN BTM BANGALORE THAT FRANCISES WAS NOT PAYING SALARY SO I REZINED MY JOB TILL NW I HAVE NOT GOT MY SALARY JOINED ON 21/06/21 AND REZINED ON 15/07/21 WORKED MORE THAN 20 DAYS BUT ALSO NO USE

I worked combo store manager, company is good, franchies is very bad they not giving salary and incenties, but company paid lock down salary and incenties, but francheis not paid salary and incenties

Company ok, but franchies very bad, after giving notice period then also they not paid salary

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent my career growth

Maximum stores are franchise Store. And job security and incriment is very poor. If you want to gain knowledge and experience then it's good enough.

There is huge gap in salary between company and franchise store. Franchise are abusing talent and knowledge of optometrist.

... in 2 or 3 settlements. Salaries are one of the self motivation for employees. Due to covid19 march 40% salary was paid on may month & April salary was not paid. I completed 2yrs in TEP store till now no ESI & PF in franchise store
