...ned. Officer_Engineer_Senior Engineer _Specialist doing same kind of activities. There is no difference in work but salary wise Huge differences. Fitment also happened for Diploma/B.E candidates only. Graduates and others not getting re-fitment. Year on year compansation only will recieve.

Everyone is supporting, employee have to work more than interns. So employes have to stay late to finish the work sometimes. But work culture as in general is good

Salary is less compared to the work you have to do.

Teammates and Managers are helpful sometimes. Since we work on different unique projects we can learn more in terms of technology and how to handle different people including various teams and customers.

...on individual projects based on the criticality the work load will be very high. Salary is not sufficient for the work content we do. Assembly engineers don't have career growth at all. You can be promoted to Team lead but the learning curve stays flat.
