Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a 1year agreement before which you cannot resign.

... and committed towards the results. As a trainee, had a good amount of learning. Decent salary and perks for a mechanical core company. Work - life balance depends on the department you are working and the boss who you are reporting to.

Job security is quite the same as a government organisation. However growth inside this division is very very slow.

I have been associated with Titan more than 2 decades and am proud to be part of. Titan is making good quality product in various life-style segments. Getting into more segments year on year. Also, Titan helps social environment through various CSR activities such as educating girl children, providing scholarship for poor children etc,.

Dislikes

Salary, Profit sharing and increments are superb even in the difficult period. Some time we may have to work round the clock. However, which are recognized by appreciation mails.
