The exposure for learning and taking decisions is a major advantage.

Dislikes

...l adhered.The workload as per the experience of personnel is exponentially high. The salary and other perks as per the workload is meager. The organization structure and the roles & responsibilities are not properly defined and are changed frequently.

Learning and skill development is fairly alright as compared to the work culture which was is too great considering too much of dependency on manual work systems and thus leading to micromanagement.

...ement which is not required and delays decisions related to employee management. Reimbursement system is not good and employees are forced to pay for expenses from their own pocket for travels, whether domestic or international. Work life balance is not good where your work is not discussed during the office hours and continues after you have reached home. It other case you may have to stay back late hours to complete such discussion to avoid working from home post office. Employees are not taken care of in terms of providing them any extra facilities like drop after late hour working. Women's safety is compromised. Pregnancy leave may not be allowed to female workers which leads them to quit in such a case. Holidays are left unsanctioned and requires approval of higher management. Overall not a good work culture.

The management is terrible , people force you to stay in the organisation even after time, management believe that making people work after time makes them efficient.Management are torturing their team members and make comments on your personal life.For manager employee leave their job.some of them are helpless.
