Working atmosphere is good.Spiritualy and mentally well supported.also most of the staff are maintaing good relationship with patients and collegs.shift timing is good.providing excellent training for all staff.every year maintaing infection prevention week and arranging the activities related to that weeks.home care services.I am very interested to go to the home care services.

Dislikes

Voluntary period is too long.less salary during the period.

It was a great experience for me to complete my internship with Tmm hospital .I could improve my skills and update my knowledge more .I got excellent mentor like Dr Nikhil neurologist and so many other doctors as my mentor they all helped me a lot in gaining more experience in clinical pharmacy feild and made me familiar with all medical terms. Thanks a lot to Tmm hospital for giving me a wonderful opportunity.

It was much like a home away from home to me. Moreover could utilize my skills in area of work.

A little more of opportunities could be provided for career growth. Also staff canteen and toilet facilities have to improved.

It's fine. A nice experience altogether but the position I am working is still not completely developed

The clinical pharmacy department is yet to be developed much more and the hospital lacks certain good facilities.

Its a quiet environment to work.people like me will definitely like the calm and prayerful environment.The management also better than any other place.if someone who wants to develop and mould their carrier,definitely TMM will be a great place except some work place bulliying.

Dislikes

It will be a great experience for me.doctors are awesome.especially gynecology.
