Very poor management and no job security and no growth in salary If you want to quit job from this company they will hold your salary so this company is very corrupt company I have never seen like this company . But staff good they are supportive & monthly payment of salary dealy so u will suggest you plz don't go in this company

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
