I got a caring School Head who listens to my challenges until I questioned about her leadership. But, when politics played by CAO& COO, she becomes helpless.

Dislikes

...f politics and the core team is not matured enough to address even basic issues. Though the salary is ok, the career growth is slow. The worst part is on the job professional training is not given to any new joinees neither for new trainees nor for trainers. Authoritative, careless, biased towards non-Christians.

Likes

As a fresher if we enter TIPS it would be a great learning platform without any doubt. They allow the employee to work their way and give them freedom to explore their creativity in all ways.

Dislikes

...as any other work place would have but that wouldn't affect us if we are strong. They provide a quite good salary but professional growth like getting opportunities of learning curriculum from different parts of the country by travelling to places and attending workshops arranged by the management are not given easily to a creative learner rather it is given only for experienced people who gives long term commitment to the institution.

Management are good but Most Hod, LEADS are horrible, Coordinators are Ok There is an English HOD in chennai branch such an unprofessional and semiliterate but shows off but good for nothing, thinks that she is in a very big post but she has to remember she is only a servant, few HODS and LEADS spoil the wonderful school name and they make things complicated and should ve fired

Its very good experience working in TIPS with excellent support from management, principal, Teachers and students. Workshops to develop skill Mind blowing support from parents Fest, science and math. Expos

As a fresher, good place to learn about IB curriculum and IB way of teaching. If you are under good lead, you can learn a lot of things.

Dislikes

Work culture is worst, highly biased. If you stand up for what is right, you will be cornered. Standard of certain teachers and heads are trashy. Mental pressure is very high. Inconsiderate of your situations and sickness. Less humanity and demand us to work even if we are sick. Cannot have a social and family life. Very judgemental. But if you can ignore all these and have a strong you can choose to work there.
