Senior vp uses abusive language and if you will not listen to his shit he will fire you without any reason. Hr is like shit they don’t do anything . Pathetic response of management and pathetic environment

Tinna initially behaves good to new employee and later start exploiting employees are supposed to be slave who are expected to work on Sundays also . They don't have patience and in appropriate knowledge of the business they started make it worse for new employees as they never understand the issues and Market behaviour.

...hiring,also they want to know the secrets of other companies where person comes.Fire employee without any reason and without proper F&F settlement like travel expenses leaves KRA bonus they never pay.

Company is good but there working environment is not safe and there not progress in future.

There is a lot of politics and the managment does't address our issues. Salery is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
