There are many- Salary hike is minimal, despite working for more than 5 years, there is no promotion. With no reason, top level management puts huge pressure on lower and mid level position for output. No diverse option available to develop skills and knowledge. You have to work more than 8 hrs to complete your daily task as one person have to do the work of 2-3 employees.

Work- life balance is good and yearly appraisal is average. Job security is good. Nobody force you to not take leave, you can plan your leave according to you.

Employees appreciation is not good. Salary could have been better. Shop floor culture is not so good.

Department head preferred his won cast people and increase their post and salary, others are looking face and search jobs and leave company as soon as possible, manager comes in plant only for punch and lunch

...ell as low level.If you want to grow your career then start using yes sir only . Salary system in timken is very very very bad .I think the worst salary system is in timken only . Career growth is very low or neglegible. Some outsider manager dont know how to talk with their teammates and colleages. They show how illiterate they are. This company is only for new comers only . Take experiance of 5 years ur 8 years and jump to other organisation for better career growth. At last dont think about this company to join , It will destroy your career, skill, expectation, health.

Nice environment,leaders are supportive and motivating always.helpful in professional as well as personal. Exicetment felt as mixed culture of unioned categories employee, with contractor people having high level of competency.it became company top leaders in automotive sector

As working in timken ,not too much scope for carrier growth. But any way salary point of view it is great and attractive.
