...ent and culture. Management is very transparent and has inspirational leaders. Company policies are employee oriented and appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus.

On the job training is not given to new joinees. Career growth is slow

The Company is open to innovation and reàdily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable. high quality product and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Manager do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion msot of times. Also there is no job training for fresher's hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by spep, witch is a pain some times.

Likes

If employees are from jamshedpur, then they can survive with such low salary, perks and benefits. Options are available to enhance skills and knowledge.

Dislikes

There are many- Salary hike is minimal, despite working for more than 5 years, there is no promotion. With no reason, top level management puts huge pressure on lower and mid level position for output. No diverse option available to develop skills and knowledge. You have to work more than 8 hrs to complete your daily task as one person have to do the work of 2-3 employees.

Likes

Work- life balance is good and yearly appraisal is average. Job security is good. Nobody force you to not take leave, you can plan your leave according to you.

Dislikes

Employees appreciation is not good. Salary could have been better. Shop floor culture is not so good.
