I am working in after-sales support in the compressor Division since 2011. i got training on the job to perform my duties. team members are supportive at each level. i joined the company as c.s.o but was later on promoted to senior cso than as a manager. the company environment is healthy. yearly increment cycle is fixed and fair. our MD is helpful and ready to support at each level. i am from a non-technical background but here I got technical training related to our product line. i appreciate the efforts of management and support given at the job.
