There is no financial growth at all. They have not given any salary hike since last 4 years, by God's grace is I am already left this company since June 2019. They cut my 01 month salary after my 1month notice period.There is no hr policy for salary hike but they have always hr policy to cut your hard yearn money.

All workers and teammates are very familiar and new product and new development are continuesly coming so we can learn very much

Salary criteria is very poor and politics is also hepping at top management. No one can praise your job.

No Support From Company. It's Like a Lala Company. Only The Name is Ltd Company. Not Get Full Salary but Target Pressure 100%. Very Bad Work Culture. Overall it's a Worse Company I've Never Seen Before.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't Address our issues. Salary is not good. Even couldn't get any positive support from company during this Covid-19 Pandemic Situation. Career growth is so pathetic. There is a 6 Month provision period which you can't survive. No job training, No induction.

Company having very low product range with higher prices than others, and ultimatly sales person have to suffer this problem
