Hiring illogical people having good experience in IT but those people never upgraded themselves. Stakeholder being supportive to those employees who are good at buttering them. Stakeholders are supportive to developers only. No plans,no documents and no help from stakeholders.

...an company , it has excellent work culture and work-life balance is quite good. Compensation and benefits are also good . Job security is slightly a concern after Meredith took over. There is a good chance of career growth and new opportunities coming up. CEO Rajagopalan Alwar is doing an excellent job and is quite helpful and approachable person .

Time Inc. was acquired by Meredith in 2018. Time Inc. doesn't exist anymore. It is now Meredith Incorporated. Time Inc. is a good work place. The work environment and culture is open and free without too many restrictions. Employees are provided free cab and food facility. Internet allowance is also provided (even before Work From Home due to Coronavirus began).

Dislikes

Time Inc. (now Meredith) is a media company with magazines being their primary source of revenue. Due to digitalization and Coronavirus, magazine business is badly affected and the company's financials are strained and looks uncertain in future.

Likes

I owe a lot to Time Inc for my growth both technically and individual. Time Inc harbors an open culture policy with transparency. Shift timings are flexible. The room for technical growth is good provided the individual is keen to apply himself/herself.
