Working experience with Tilak Nagar Industries has been good so far. The company presents little opportunity for growth both in Compensation and Position wise. The company fully supports its employees in the difficult time. this covid crises proves this as there has been timely payment of the salaries. The company is facing difficulties in many markets but its been kind to all the employees. The CMD in particular written an e-mail to all the employees confirming that all the employment terms will remain unchanged. Looking forward for growth opportunities in my career.

Not enough growth opportunities even you meet the sales targets. Looking for more challenges as i am hungry for more.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team. I also like the employee rehire policy here .

The place is riddled with petty politics, indiscipline, poor work culture and favouritism. No respect for one's personal time beyond office hours. They believe that employees are owned and should happily do as they are asked without having a voice or individuality.
