Working experience with Tilak Nagar Industries has been good so far. The company presents little opportunity for growth both in Compensation and Position wise. The company fully supports its employees in the difficult time. this covid crises proves this as there has been timely payment of the salaries. The company is facing difficulties in many markets but its been kind to all the employees. The CMD in particular written an e-mail to all the employees confirming that all the employment terms will remain unchanged. Looking forward for growth opportunities in my career....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
