Very bad company. No commitment from higher management. Corruption, laying. Employees not got getting their salary around 22 months. Employees are facing humiliation. Also Vendors payment is due. Also, management is worthless and non capable. Full scrap of jokers is setting in higher management. That's why company is downfalls. Also, there is a man, who call himself- one man army and born with intelligent, he is running every things. That's why company is down falls. Bcz he is a jocker, scrap, corrupted and egotis guy. Suggest- don't even join in TIL. You're career will be finished. Without salary.

No salary payment. Around 22 months pending salary.

There are lot of things to learn for the beginers but least scope if personal and professional growth as top management is not interested for the encouragement and benefit of employees

Great exposure to work in technical field. Have opportunity to experience in Indian defence sectors.

No standard growth (salary & position) for lower level i.e. under manager level employees. Tremendous workload comparing with salary.

For Canteen facility and pick up drop as the place is not convenient for public transportation.

Poor Management. No increment or promotion for middle to lower level. Salary discontinued since one year and no commitment for further action.
