They will hire by saying many lies. After 1-2 months they will comes with new surprised policies like. You need to buy android phone and windows laptop, if you are having Apple devices. But at the time of joining they will be comfortable with all type of your devices. Later on they start harassing you mentally a lot. Like you will be doing job their getting some money also you can’t sit happily even for a single moment. Before joking they will be saying it’s 10-6, after a month they will say 9:30 to 6:30, after some days they will ask you to work from your home also at night after dinner. HR team are always in search of new candidates cause nobody’s stay there for more than 2-3 months because of their way of working. Thank You.

Their very idiot team leader Ramesh jaiswal is idiot he is do like manager and he hire for data analyst or provide work tele caller. Or just denay to say give some work as me designation they spoil your career hire or fire. Pressurized for resign manager are also idiot don't take serious what actually employees suffer they only think take manpower baki koi matlab ni while employees think about suci*de cz this idiot team leader Ramesh jaiswal thin he is boss of the company or he take his position just flattering with manager. U don't need to have skill for work their bit you need to know flattering when you work with those. HR department is ok OK but HR is human resources but still they don't have kind of skills as a HR not support employees they support seniors doesn't mean they are wrong or right.

...onment and culture . teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a hunge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policy are good , appraisala are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joinees.

First of all the in hand package was 24956(after all deductions) but we got only 23800 and they told we are cutting pf Second they made us roam in companies to sell their Leased Line now why someone would buy from Tikona leaving brands like Airtel and the VP never understood this Sales means it should be through channels marketing n OK this was very poor experience

The most excellent thing in working Tikona is the HR department and the work culture. HR department was always supporting. And there is enough freedom to Work on its own merit.

Major thing which need to enhance or upgrade is the salary only.
